Our Mission
 

American Community Services, LLC is a Sole Proprietorship founded in January of 1999. GIFTSUSA.ORG is dedicated to supporting summer camps for youth and adults with disabilities.

For over 20 year Dick & Pam Haines have volunteered and developed a passion for individuals with disabilities. Dick say, "My dad spent 18 years in a wheelchair and he taught me to respect disabilities and only help when asked to do so."
We support camps in Oregon, Washington the goal WORLDWIDE.

For 25 years Dick & Pam Haines have been involved as a volunteer with disabilities. In 2001 I founded a summer camp for physically challenged youth in 2002 the camp was incorporated as Southern Oregon Camp Kiwanis. In 2003 I became the district administrator for Aktion Clubs in the Pacific Northwest District of Kiwanis. Aktion Clubs are for adults with disabilities. I organized 10 clubs over the next two years. With affiliates worldwide supporting Special Olympics International.

What we do
 

30% of net is donated to a local disability organization i.e. Special Olympics Supports disabilities.
