  Returned gift items must be packed in the original packaging.  The gift must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Your refund for the amount of purchase price can be applied as credit toward another purchse or refunded back to your credit card, please put instructions for the refund in the returned package.  Unfortunately the shipping fees we charge are not refundable.

GIFTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:

  All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper.  If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping please contact GIFTSUSA by email within the 14 days of the date of shipment of your order and your claim will be processed immediately.  Note:  Established procedures by UPS, US Parcel Postal, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
